Building the player
Three stages that take a player from the mainstream game to the open senior game — the aim at every step is to move up.
STAGE ONE · THE FOUNDATION
Grassroots
The foundation of the pathway, for players in the mainstream game across Central Warwickshire, the Walsall League, MJPL and JPL. Built to move a player up: from Grassroots into Academy.

STAGE TWO · PROVING GROUND
Academy
For players in or heading toward a Category 1, 2 or 3 academy — sharper technical, tactical and physical development, aimed at earning and holding a scholarship.

For players aged 18+ in the open-age, semi-professional and non-league game — the bridge from development into the performance offer.

Four steps to your first session
No free trials, no guesswork. Every player starts the same way — with a taster block that lets us assess properly and lets you decide with confidence.
STEP 01
Taster block
Four sessions across a month. The player experiences the coaching first-hand before anything is signed.
STEP 02
Assessment
We place every player by level, not age — and confirm the right stage of the pathway.
STEP 03
Membership
A 3, 6 or 12-month plan with clear targets. Your taster block is credited to the first month.
STEP 04
Progression
Tracked, reviewed and moved up when it is earned — one deliberate stage at a time.
